Hi

Can any of you Photoshop experts explain how I can change a colour photo to take on a green hue (or any colour hue for that matter) so that it can be used as a background picture in a table with a green background.

Not really sure what you mean – I would like to change the hue with a particular colour #ccffcc – is it easy to explain?

Hi Dave,

Select the foreground color in the Color Picker- type or paste your (ccffcc) color number in the little box at the bottom with the # sign beside it then click OK
Hold down the Ctrl key then press the U key which will bring up the Hue/Saturation menu (Image/Adjustments/HueSaturation)
In the bottom right hand corner of this menu is a box with the word Colorize beside it. Click it.
The Hue should be bang on #CCFFCC. You may need to adjust the Saturation and/or the Lightness.
