Action to slice up images into little sequentially numbered jpg images?

hi,

I have many images that I want to dice up, I’m hoping to do it in photoshop Jon Burger "Action to ‘dice’ images into sequentially numbered little squares?" 10/5/03 3:49pm </cgi-bin/webx?50> , using some kind of action, I’m not sure whether scripting was the right place for that post tho coz I’m not quite sure what photoshop scripting is.

Tried looking at divide slice in image ready….

will not number by row/col thought will just number 1 – x….

but you could then use magic file renamer (an amazingly useful sharewarerenaming application) to name appropriatly…
