Linking Dreamweaver to Photoshop 7 web gallery

I have linked a web gallery to my dreamweaver mx site. But when testing the site in a browser the link and i click the image to bring up the gallery nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

are the images pointing to a directory on your hard drive rather than the server? got a site link we can look at?

the images are pointing to the hard drive because im testing the link to see if it works. the web gallery is not on the server yet. What would keep the link from working off of the hard drive?

are the paths absolute or relative (ie. absoulute is: c:\image files\myimages\jpg1.jpg, and absolute is something like ..\myimages\jpg1.jpg)

what i’m getting at is if they’re relative, make sure the relationship between the web page location and the image location is maintianed or you’ll lose them.

ok, the links works with Netscape 7 but not with Internet Explorer. is there a plug in or html code i need to add to the web gallery index.html so it can work in Internet Explorer?
