Tutorial Wanted Magnifying Glass

There was a tutorial on the web somewhere that looking through a magnifying glass on an image magnified it. The magnifying glass could be moved over part of the image and you were looking at a layer through it.

Think I may have been by Russell Brown.

I would like to revisit the site and can’t find it again. Or are there others?

Any help appreciated.

Don’t think it’s on the Russell Brown site but a search in google with – photoshop +"magnifying glass" – threw up tonnes…

Ben Wilmore does a similar "trick" in some of his presentations on PS. It is in his book, Adobe Photoshop CS Studio Techniques, Adobe Press. You might also find it on his Web site, www.digitalmastery.com. As I recall the site, you have to do some poking around to get past the "buy the books," stuff, but it is probably there too.
