Save it to your hard drive and use your e-mail program.

Save a copy of your picture to your hard drive in an easy to find location
e.g the desktop or My Pictures.

Open Outlook Express and create a new mail message by Clicking on the Create Icon – usually top left hand corner – or use File>New>Mail Message

Enter the recipients e-mail in ‘To’ box, enter your message and attach your picture file(s) by using the Insert>File Attachment command in Outlook and clicking on the file in the browser window that appears.

Then send as normal.

Phtoshop files (PSD) tend to be rather large so if the recipient doesn’t need to edit the layers save it as a JPEG and send that instead.
