If you’re talking about the automatic wallpaper program, the easiest way is to let the program do it for you.
To be a Windows wallpaper, any image has to be converted to a bmp, so set it as your wallpaper, then search your computer until you find where it stores the bmp file. I’ve done it before, but I don’t remember the location or filename, but it’s always the same. From there, it’s just a simple matter of saving it as a jpg in Photoshop.
