Your actions PSP file has likely become corrupted – possibly due to an unexpected shutdown of Photoshop. I always make a backup of that file, just in case. Find the Actions.PSP on your system (Windows\app data\Adobe\Photoshop x.x\) and rename it to Actions.OLD before launching photoshop. PS should create a new one. If it does, all your previous actions will be lost as they will be contained in the Actions.PSP that you renamed. I would hope that as you create actions, you also save the sets to HD from the actions pallet. If that’s the case, you should be able to reload them easily.

Peace,

Hmm, the file should be deleted and recreated when you quit Photoshop.

The corrupt one shouldn’t be hanging around….
