Photoship 7.0 Instalation Error 113

When I try to install Photoshop (not 7.01 update) I get error 113. Can anyone help. I’ve searched for this but all I can find is getting this error when you install 7.01 update.

close all running apps. empty out your temp directory, restart the system and try again. OR copy the entire photoshop folder from the cd to your desktop and run setup from there.
