Looking to create a calendar with some photos and graphics. Does Photoshop have a system or what other process is best, I’m using CS. I guess I’ll be printing these at a local print shop, so I believe CMYK would be preferred?

Peter,

InDesign (or similar) would probably be the best program for the layout of the calendar. Templates are available. One is: http://share.studio.adobe.com/ axAssetDetailSubmit.asp?aID=8557&back=http://share.studio.adobe.com%2 FaxBrowseProduct.asp%3Fp%3D6.

The photo-enhance/retouch should be done in PS, but since you’re going to a commercial, outside printer, a page-layout program will give you greater control of the pages.
