The question is how to replace the White color.
The function ‘replace color’ exist but I don’t replace it by the blue color.

Moroever, The color of the sky in my picture is white, so I want to change it by the blue, but it is very difficult to the select the sky area because of the trees. Do you how I can select all the pixels of the sky without select the trees ? I try with the common tools but it does work.

Could you help me ?

Usually the best results can be acheived using channels to create a mask. This is a somewhat advanced technique, and too difficult for me to explain in writing, but I am sure there are some tutorials out there if you search google.

There is a simpler method that may work for you if the trees are dark. Select the sky roughly, with some overlap onto the trees. make a new layer, and fill the selection with blue (a blue gradient is often more realistic than solid). Try a few different layer modes, the most likely ones would be Multiply, Darken, Hard Light, Soft Light.

I hope that helps. Let us know how it works out.
