Is it a genuine product with full licence from Adobe?

The reason I ask is the I understand the details you describe to be associated with cracked, copied & pirated software

One of two reasons:

1. You’re suing a Logitech keyboard and haven’t updated the drivers or,

2. The most likely and most usual explanation – you’re using a pirate version and are a thief.
