APPLYING VIDEO AS ANIMATION OR FILMSTRIP TO OPTIMIZE MEMORY???!!!

HI,

I’M TRYING TO APPLY TWO EFFECTS WITHIN PHOTOSHOP, CUTOUT AND INK OUTLINE. NOW, I WANT TO APPLY IT TO A 5-9 MIN SHORT. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I’M ONLY RUNNING A PENTIUM 4 WITH 256MB RAM, AND IT WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO RUN THROUGH FILMSTRIP. SOMEONE ON HERE EARLIER HAD SAID SOMETHING ABOUT PUTTING IT THROUGH AND BATCH PROCESSING IT. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE ELABORATE ON THIS OR A BETTER SOLUTION PLEASE AS WELL AS WHETHER I DO THIS IN PHOTOSHOP OR IMAGEREADY??? TIME IS RUNNING DOWN ON THIS, SO ANY INFO WHATSOEVER WOULD BE WONDERFUL. THANKS.
