Photoshop 7.0 "Could Not Initialize Photoshop because there is not enough memory (RAM)" er

Ok. Everytime i load photoshop it now gives me this "Could Not Initialize Photoshop because there is not enough memory (RAM)" when i have almost all 512mb of my physical RAM free and nearly all 2gb’s of my virtual memory. Please help me. I was doing some major photoshopping and then one day this just came up. Even with a fresh reboot with nothing running i will get this error.

Generally that means corrupted preferences (see the FAQ) or corrupt DLLs causing problems.

Generally but i have uninstalled and reinstalled a countless number of times.

Uninstall does not clear prefs. Check FAQs for the method.
