I have a texture I created in PS. I want to make a brush that uses that texture as I paint. How do I create such a brush? Any tutorials? Thanks.

Very easy.
Select a part of the texture with the rectangle marque tool set to 0 pix, go to Edit-Define Brush and save it. Look it up in Brushes.
You might consider to space this new brush by right clicking on it. Set the spacing.

If the texture is an amorphous shape, on its own layer or with an all white background, just go to "Edit—»Define Brush…"
