Arrange Documents and Brush feather in CS4

1. Cannot see the buttons in Arrange Documents in PSCS4 (Windows, Vista)

2. Brush size changes with Right Click + Alt, but Brush hardness doesn’t seem to change by adding either Ctl or Shift? Is something wrong?
