help with web photo gallery

when I try to run this option sometime it works with some.psd and sometimes N get this error (COULD NOT COMPLETE THE WEB PHOTO GALLERY COMMAND BECAUSE THE FILE COULD NOT BE FOUND)does any one have a clue on how and why this happens Im running windos xp pro and have photoshop 7.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Perhaps no forgot to specify the source folder and or subfolders.

THANKS BUT I FIX THE PROBLEM I HAD ON THE PSD TITLE WITH THE NUMBER SIGN(#)AND IT WOULD NOT WORK WITH IT.THANKS ANYWAY
