"Contact Sheet II" in Elements 3

Hello group

Elements 3 (Windows) has a limited contact-sheet function, but it seems that the Mac version has "Contact Sheet II"…

Why did Adobe not include this in the Windows version?!

Does anyone know if they will add it later perhaps?

Perhaps in an update?
