Photoshop and distributing layer spacing

What the heck am I missing here.

Scenario: 6 layers with text. Soon to be sliced and made web ready. I link them, and choose to distribute the space equally between them….

No go!

wow … this is making me crazy … It works perfect in flash, but not here. It must be a bug, or I am totally making an error!

I don’t know waht is the problem with ur ps, to me it works fine

1. have u linked all the layers

2. if linked, click on "distribute verticle center"

it might work to u
