I’ve searched in vain, but can’t find any other posts about lower case file extensions in CS. I have Use Lower Case selected in Preferences/File Handling, but the only file extension it works on is psd. With any others, the extension is defaulted to upper case and I have to check the Use Lower Case Extension checkbox for every single file. Resetting preferences didn’t help and it works as expected in 7.0. Is there a setting I’m missing?
