1. File|Automate|Web Photo Gallery (as already suggested) would be the
fastest way for you to produce what you need, since you are not that familiar with PS. Just save the images folder it makes and throw away everything else. You could also make an Action to set up a file the way you want for Web use. You record the Action then Batch the Action on a whole directory. Read about Actions and Batching in help for details.
