I finally figured out that instead of downloading an image Import/Canon EOS-1D/Open Folder/Transfer Image I have to Save File. Works fine. But when I go into PS-CS and double click on the raw image to bring up the raw dialog box the image expands so large that only a sliver of the dialog box appears on the right side. How do you contain it within the raw dialog box? Thanks a million!!!

Sounds like yo’re using a 800×600 display.
The minimum display size for Photoshop CS is 1024×768.
