am trying to make an image on a transparent background in photoshop 6.0 to place in powerpoint presentations. i have playing around with it quite a bit, but am not having much luck keeping the image clean looking. i am assuming i save the image for the web, instead of print. please advise. also, when saving to the web, it takes out a lot of the color of the image, is there a way around this?

thanks!

PowerPoint will accept TIFF with transparencey.
Generally looks bad on composition page but fine in Slide Show mode.

Only other options are GIF (with the limited color palette) or PNG. Many think PNG is the way to go.
