I downloaded an ICC profile from Moab Paper to use with the new paper I bought. I put it in the folder winnt/system32/spool/drivers/color (which is where all my SP2200 profiles are). In Windows Explorer I right clicked it and selected "install profile" and couldn’t see that anything happened. I have rebooted my computer and don’t know why the profile does not appear on the list to select when I go to print preview in PS CS.

Allyson,

a profile has a file name and an internal name. Not always the same. Shown is the internal name.
De-install, check your list of profiles. Install, check which one is new. There is software available which can change the internal name. I know only ProfileMaker, but this is very expensive and the demo version cannot save files.

If someone in the office has a newer Mac, they should have a version of Apple’s ColorSync Utility installed which can change the internal file name.
