A simple PS CS question

PS CS on w2k.

For reasons I don’t understand the windows grab bar goes away on the image I’m editing and I when I want it back I don’t know how. I’m refering to the bar that has file info when you right click on it.

How do I make this grab bar appear and disappear ?
