I’m doing the cover art for a record and now I wan’t to make a nice presentation of how it will look when it’s done.

How do I make the artword (a two-paged PDF) look like it’s made of paper and standing up unfolded? I want it too look like it’s a photo taken of the booklet standing unfolded on the table. I’ve tried to use skew/perspective and so on, but it’s hard to get the angles right. And more inportant, how do I make it look like it’s made of paper? Maybe slightly wavy, but not much.

All this could be done with a 3D-app, but I don’t have one and it must could be done pretty easy with Photoshop?

I see these kind of things all the time on the internet, pictures looking like paper folders and they’re not photos, the’re made digitally. But how?

A tutorial would be nice…

thanks,
