I´ve found this picture
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/design/images/img_msn_mai n1.jpg I think it looks very good and I´ve tried to make a similar picture as a Wallpaper. I´ve tried a little bit with PS (semi transparent layers, shapes…), but without success. Is PS the right tool to make such things? Can somebody tell me how I can make a similar Wallpaper?
