Multiple monitor problem

I have two monitors on my PC. I am able to drag the toolbar and pallettes across to the second monitor, but am unable to drag the file browser or photo window to the second monitor. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

move your window to the second monitor?

The file browser and photo window stay "inside" the main photoshop window.
