I would like to know the exact size of my selection.
Is there an easy way please ?

That’s easy.
In the menu Navigator in the right side of your Photoshop, there is a button named INFO, select this, and W: and H: is width and height.

If you want to know how many pixels your selection contain, click edit-histogram , pixels
