Lasso tool selection error

Unless I select a large area using the lasso tool, I get a selection error when going to the image menu for hue and saturation. I’d like to use this method to whiten teeth. Any suggestions or options??

Hi There,

You may have a feather value set which is larger than you selection area.

I strongly suggest you use the dodge tool for this, set to a low level. It’s a lot better, and allows you good control

campbell, do you have feathering selected? Check the options bar at the top.
