Brush crosshair instead of actual shape/size of brush ???

Hello all,

All of a sudden, when I open PS and try and use one of the brushes it appears as a crosshair instead of the actual size and shape of the brush I have chosen.

How can I get the brushes back the way they were?

Assuming you set it right in Preferences, Caps Lock might be he culprit.
