Color Picker Problem

hello everyone,

this is my first time to encounter this prob. clicking on the color picker should bring out the colors palette right? now it won’t. i assumed that i just moved it somewhere in the screen edge but i don’t think not. because i cannot find the solution, i use WINDOWS as COLOR PICKER in the preferences which is harder and offers less feature compare to the ADOBE PICKER. How should i bring the ADOBE PICKER out? thanks!
