Reduce Image Size

Hi,
I’m new with Photoshop, Would you please tell me how to correct my reduced image. The original looks OK but at the reduce size (ratio 2:1) some of its pixels either blur or distort especially on the slant direction. Thanks in advance,

One of the easiest fixes is sharpening. Another easy one is the variations tool.
If you use sharpening, you made want to also use FADE EFFECT along with it. It helps reduce the affects of sharpening.
