As someone sarcastically pointed out, your best bet is
to use a search engine (more than one, actually) and
see what you can find. When I first started checking
out such tings, there were a host of free plug-ins out
there, although most have vanished. Look for RCS
Filter Pack and Crecent Moon. WWW.FlamingPear.com has
some free filters, some of which are very useful.
www.thepluginsite.com used to be pretty good; I’m not
so sure now. I used "photoshop" and both "plug in" and "plug-in" in searching.
You might also look for Photoshop Actions. Some are a
good as filters. I tried a couple of my old resources,
but the sites are gone.
