missing plug-in

I downloaded the "Virtual Photographer" plug-in to the plug-in filters file but it does not appear in the list of filters in PSE 6.0. Appreciate any help.

Do you see "optik Verve Labs" in the filter menu? Does a side menu appear that is Virtual Photographer?
