Find and replace with color

Is there a way in Photoshop 7 that you can choose a color that is in your picture and replace it with another color of your choosing ? Lets say I had a bunch of areas that had a shade of gray and I wanted to replace all of those areas with black or whatever color I choose. Is there a way to do this ?
