I have a bunch of text layers, all with the same font, I need to make the font on each of them a bit smaller.. is there a way to change font-size for all layers at once or do I have to do it one-by-one? thank you.. Frances

Not directly. You could link them all and use Transform but you won’t have control over the point size that way.

yeah, that’s unfortunately a nasty predicament.

some things that could make it easier:

if you double-click a text layer in the Layers Palette, you will be brought driectly into text editing mode. i can’t remember off the top of my head if this will also select all the text, but it may. if the text is not selected, you can easily do so by pressing ctrl+A, or by triple-clicking (maybe quadruple-clicking?) anywhere within the text block. all the text in that layer element is selected, you can adjust the font size by pressing ctrl+alt+< and ctrl+alt+> respectively.
