Whenever I go to start Photoshop 7.0 I get the error message "This application has failed to start because DECO_32.dll was not found." I’ve tried repairing, reinstalling, deleteting and reinstalling and I always get that message. I never get that message on my notebook and there is no DECO_32.dll on my hard drive. What is the meaning of this and more importantly what can I do?
