Recently, when starting up Photoshop CS (with all the current updates), I get a message that the startup failed because MSVCRT10.dll wasn’t found.
In order to resolve this problem, I uninstalled Photoshop 7 which was on my computer. Next, I did a repair installation of PS CS. This didn’t solve the problem.
I looked at my plug-ins for foreign plugins and found "nik Color Efex". It’s been on my system for a while without problem. Just to be safe, nik Color Efex was upgraded to the latest version. This also did not resolve the problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks;
Stan
