I get an error when I try to uninstall Photoshop 6 from "add/remove" programs in Windows XP. When I press the "Change/Remove" button I get:
"An error occured while trying to remove Adobe Photoshop 6. It may have already been uninstalled. Would you like to remove Adobe Photoshop 6 from the Add or Remove programs list?"
I click "NO"
Photoshop is NOT uninstalled, I can start it fine.
It says there is an Adobe support document on this called: "Error When Uninstalling PageMill, PhotoDeluxe, or Photoshop in Windows." and it is labeled as "Document 317448"
However, I can’t find this document anywhere on the Adobe site, even though it is clearly mentioned here:
< http://www.adobe.co.uk/support/toptech/photoshop/321143/main .html>
Anybody know how to manually uninstall Photoshop, or where this document 317448 is?
