compability with Windows XP questions

I’m looking to purchase photoshop elements yet I understand that there are compatability issues with Windows XP. Also, from what understand is that if one using XP that the minimum requirements are a Pentium III. I have a Pentium II using XP. Would this work?

I have elements running on my XP machine (pentium 4, with 512 meg ram) with no problems to date. I suspect that it might be a bit slow for you, but not that bad.

Check out http://www.adobe.com/products/tryadobe/main.jsp#product=40 Adobe offers a free trial of the program. That way U can try befiore you buy
