Is this normal to happen while drawing rectangles?

Hi,

I noticed this strange behavior of Photoshop CS: when I draw a rectangle with the rectangle tool and the zoom is set to 100%, I get a shape layer with sharp edges… but it I set the zoom to 200% (or anything above 100%), and if I draw a new shape this one has its edges anti-aliased.
Is this a feature or a bug? If it is a feature, how can I draw sharped shapes in a zoomed canvas?

Best regards,
Norberto Henriques

Norberto,

You can only rely on what you see in Photoshop when viewed at 100%. Any other view is a proxy.
