I am using photobucket for my photos .
The problemis it take a long time to
load each picture. Is there amother program that will load faster and give an HTTP adress so that I can post the pictures on the web?

Try Photoshop Album which costs money or go to www.irfanview.com and download Irfanview which is free and does a number of useful things.

I’ve found PICASA 2 very fast and flexible. And it is free. SS
