I am using Photoshop CS and am a new user. All I want to do is make a picture that I have scanned into my computer and saved, into a larger print. I would like to have a 8 x 10 picture that i can print out. I change the width to 8 and i can’t get the height to change also. if i change one it changes the other. My scanner is a Epson Perfection 1660. I have a plain Dell computer and my printer is an Epscon C82. I can figure out how to get the 5 x 7’s by using the picture package.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am getting very frustrated.
