I’m a newbie to graphic animation using Photoshop. I was wondering if there is a way within Photoshop to add hyperlinks to the text embedded within the GIF file?

Not in PS, Use an html editor and create an image map

it’s in there
animate frames or something
enter the url
save optimized as…
with html file
