Hi,
Running Photoshop CS on Windows platform. Whenever I scan an image I am able to create new layers, add shapes and color fill paths, but the brush has no effect.
I choose a foreground color, select a brush, hold down button and drag across the screen. The history pallet records the use of the brush, but there is no visible effect.
If someone could help me, I would be very grateful.
