I am a member of NAPP and enjoy their tutorials. In one tutorial in August edition of their magazine, they claim the text is "Trajan Pro (which comes with Photoshop CS). I can’t see it in my font list. Would it be "hidden" in Program files>common files>Adobe directory??? If so how do extract this particular font, or if I want one do I have to extract them all??

Photoshop, AFAIK, doesn’t ship with fonts. The entire Creative Suite does and Trajan is one fo the fonts included. That must be what they were referring to.
