Using Photoshop CS in windows XP without service pack 2
Getting this message: "Could not complete your request because reading Spatial/Losless JPEG files is not implemented."
How do I implement it? Can not find the way to do it.
Somebody said to go to "Quality" and set it there. Can not find "Quality" either!
