I have this error everytime I open PS it just started doing it I have version 7.0.1 I think or something like that but here’s the message
"Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalazation information" I would just un-install it and re-install it but I lost the cd and the keycode so can anyone help me?

you need to reinstall it. call adobe. hopefully you registered.

well, actually it was given as a gift for christmas and no we never registered it:(

Photoshop is a peculiar "gift", unless it was a "stocking stuffer", in which case, hope you enjoyed the free ride.

A re-install doesn’t fix this problem. It’s a registry tweak that’s required

ok well, I found the serial code thanks to that thread lol but now I’m goint to have to re-install it. Because when I installed it, it was on a different computer and I have that hard drive as a slave right now so for some reason it’s not showing up on the "regedit" so I’ll just look everywhere for my cd. Would it be illegal to have a friend burn it to me and give it to me since I already ahve it somewhere?

As long as you found your serial number. Using their CD and serial number would not be legal.

Not if you used your own legal serial# to install it. Otherwise, Yes, it would most certainly be.
