Does anyone here know what filter / plugin / program creates that effect in the "TRUMAN SHOW" poster?
a lot of pictures that when put together make a big photo.

The effect is called a photo mosaic. There are a number of programs out there that will do that. The one I picked was Mosaic Magic: http://www.fishsoft.co.uk/

there is a program mazaika here that can do this sort of things. also there are lot of example mosaics that was made with it. http://www.mazaika.com/gallery.html
