I use a digital camera at work and I have the settings set to 1280 x 960 pixels. I then insert the pictures (JPEG) into a Microsoft Word Document. Then I convert my Word document into PDF.

My Problem: When I convert the document into PDF my pixels change from 1280 x 960 to 480 x 336; I need to keep the same pixels as my digital camera 1280 x 960.

How do I fix this problem?

not using word as an image editor might be a start.

Think I read somewhere that when you export from word it only passes on the thumbnail. At any rate, this doesn’t sound like a photoshop issue???

Have you considered that you might not be getting the best from your digital pix?
What you describe is possibly getting you the worst from them.

Stay as far away from Micro$loth Wurd as possible.

Use anything else … such as the free utility IrfanView … http://www.irfanview.com/main_start_engl.htm
to make your PDFs.
